1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

3. Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the United States.

4. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time using the link provided.

5. International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

6. Shipping Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@solutionsforherhim.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

8. Wrong Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Solutions for Her & Him is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
