6. Shipping Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@solutionsforherhim.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

8. Wrong Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Solutions for Her & Him is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
