30-Day Return Policy We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened personal care or beauty products
• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards

How to Start a Return Email us at support@solutionsforherhim.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@solutionsforherhim.com.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
